We assume the ball-lightening is the plasma formation that is conserned with inhomogenous (complex) plane waves excistence. These waves as common plane ones are the solution of Maxwell equations. the peculiriaty of the waves is connected with complex wave vector and its imaginary part isn't caused by losses. End of energy flow vector circumscribes ellipse. Thus in case of high intensity of field the glow of closed shape is arised. The propeties of complex waves were analised in project #3979 and it turned out that most of ball-lightening features can be explained by excistence of complex wave formations.
It is well known that during electric discharge in liquids the streamer - high temperature plasma column with a small radius is formed. Due to excessive pressure the column is widening with certain velocity. When radius reaches certain value, velocity changes sign and gas column collapse takes place. It generates sequent of decaying pressure pulses which are the source for waves of pressure in the whole volume. Pressure dependencies in vessel cross sections are shown for  and  in figure.
Distribution of pressure in vessel cross-section.
The  theoretical study showed the capability of plasma formation energy concentration in small volume with high density under certain conditions. Research results will be published.
Also we investigated dispersion eqation for common plane waves to obtain zone spectrum of dielectric periodic structure and its dependence on both layers physical parameters and sizes. The effect of common waves disipative losses effect on zone structure has been studied and it showed its destroying. the futher numerical investigation was devoted to complex wave study.
