        The interest to physicochemical water propeties is arised not only by its specific features but also by its application in science and engineering. For example the pulse discharge realization in water leads to high temprature and pressure in discharge channel that is widely used at a novel technological process development and at creation of novel energy transformation facilities. 
        For the experimental researches we designed and built experimental setup shown in fig.1.
        Electrical discharge in electrolyte was accompanied by soft roentgen electromagnetic radiation recorded by photographic paper in oblique envelope light-striking (fig.3). 
        The discharge from center electrode leads to plasmoid excitation which character living dynamic has been presented in fig.2.
