1. Boris P. Yefimov, doc. sci. in phys. and tech., leading researcher of IRE NASU, head of the project, area of research - physical electronics and electron optics. Known from its work on BWO in mm and submm ranges using in plasma diagnostics and spectroscopy. He made the noise generator with high spectral density power in mm range for ABM systems. Now he investigates maser on cyclotron resonance and free electron lasers of hybrid type. Has more than 150 scientific papers and 25 USSR patents. Work in the project: common and scientific technical coordinating of the investigation and creation of radiation source in submm and Roentgen ranges.
2. Aleksey A. Bulgakov, doc. sci. in phys. and math., professor, senior researcher of IRE NASU. Has 190 scientific papers, 2 monographs, 2 USSR patents, specialist in radio physics and electronics of solid state, optics and UHF peculiarities of solid state. Work in the project: theoretical investigations of medium radiation peculiarities, theoretical modeling of the processes leading to radiation and creation of plasma formation.
3. Victor V. Zavertanniy, chief eng. of vacuum electronics department, specialist in modeling and designing of vacuum UHF devices and solid state electronics. Author of 25 scientific papers. Work in the project: design and manufacture of details and units of experimental models according to working plan.
4. Anatoly S. Tishchenko, Ph.D. in Physics and Mathematics, senior researcher of IRE NASU, head of department of vacuum electronics. He has large experience in developing electron-optical systems of wide application including technical purposes; he was concerned with investigating heat-physical processes by interaction between powerful electron beams and construction materials of generating systems. He took part in designing installations for electron-beam melting and coating. He is the author of about 70 papers, he holds 8 patents. Work in the project: development and research of experimental systems in experimental group and technical group.
5. Oleksiy M. Kuleshov, junior researcher of IRE NASU, President Scholarship for young scientists, has more than 20 scientific papers. Work in the project: experimental investigations, development of device design and electrical schemes, theoretical calculations in experimental, theoretical and energetic groups.
6. Valentina I. Karpenko, engineer of IRE NASU. Work in the project: experimental research and obtained results analysis, information processing and market research.
7. Lidia P. Zerniy, technician of IRE NASU. Work in the project: laboratory assistant, work with documents, market research.
8. Maxim O. Khorunzhiy, principal engineer of IRE NASU, Presidium of NAS of Ukraine Scholarship for young scientists. Has more than 30 scientific papers. Work in the project: design of experimental layouts, photo registration of processes in frames of experimental research.
9. Stanislav I. Khomenko, Ph. D. in tech., senior researcher of IRE NASU, head of department of physical principles of radar, USSR Ministry Award. Has 140 scientific papers and 6 USSR patents. Work in the project: signal detection and information processing, experimental investigations of radiation source and optimization of its parameters.
10. Vagan M. Gurdghyan, principal engineer of IRE NASU. Work in the project: development, design, mounting and control of the electrical devices in energetic group.
11. Igor V. Khodak, junior researcher of Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Techniques. Has experience in development and investigation of pulsing and UHF sources of electron beams. KIPT Young Scientist Conference Award in 2002 and IRE Young Scientist Conference Award in 2002. Has more than 20 scientific papers. Work in the project: experimental research of processes in experimental group.
12. Alexandre V. Kats, doc. sci. in phys. and math., senior researcher of IRE NASU. Published more than 80 papers and reviews in refereed journals, 2 books, and received 3 author's certificates. Presented more than 90 reports at International Conference. Work in the project: theoretical investigations of medium radiation peculiarities, theoretical modeling of the processes leading to radiation and creation of plasma formation.
13. Alexander V. Uzlenkov, principal engineer of IRE NAS Ukraine, is the author of more then 50 scientific papers. Work in the project: signal detection and information processing using Doppler radar, development and optimization of parameters of radiation source.
14. Edward M. Khutoryan, junior researcher of IRE NAS Ukraine, is the author of more then 20 scientific papers. Work in the project: the design of source models and electric schemes and also theoretical calculations in theoretical and technical support groups.
