        The aim of the project is a study of broadband electron radiation generation mechanisms as well as a development of methods for signal parameters in broadband (from submillimeter up to roentgen range) investigation. The high penetrating electromagnetic radiation arising at electric discharge in the air-water system, its parameters and also processes taking place in medium during radiation are being studied in the project. For the optimal radiation from the system the physicochemical processes taking place in water medium under the electric discharge and radiation parameters dependence on environmental conditions, particulary, on applied magnetic field, environment temprature etc. are being investigated.
        Features of wave propagation in single-wire line are being investigated and setup working model for microwave plasmoids excitation is beign developed. Also theoretical models for physical processes taking place in experiment appropriate explanation are being developed.
