Abstract
Mathematical modeling of electric field effect, double layer and small surface electric potential (less than 25 mV) of the red blood cell membrane and capillary wall phenomena are given in the paper. The capillary blood flow, pressure and shear stress tension as conditions of noise detection are examined.

KEY WORDS: capillary blood flow, electric field, mathematical modeling, red blood cell, pressure, shear stress tension, noise detection
