Abstract
The electron motion in some real mm- and submm- oscillators is investigated using the software Klynotron. This program is described in [1]. The computerized calculation results are analyzed. The prospects for using this software in the development of new oscillators are discussed.
KEY WORDS: electronics, klynotron, 3 D, interaction, computerized calculation
