Abstract
The transverse resonance technique is used to calculate the resonance frequency spectrum and scattering characteristics of Ï- and Í-shaped slot resonators in the ground layer of a microstrip line. It is shown that the scattering characteristic of the Ï- and Í-shaped slot resonators for the fundamental mode of the microstrip line represents a dual stop-band response.
