Abstract
The design and principle of operation of the quasi-optical polarization frequency changer with a rotating linear polarizer are described. The level of unwanted oscillations of the input signal frequency and "mirror" frequency at the output was less than –50 dB relative to the wanted signal level when tuning the quarter-wave differential phase sections to an operating frequency.
KEY WORDS: frequency changer, quasi-optics, polarizer
