Abstract
Based on the method of the  Hertz potentials the expressions have been derived to calculate all the components of electromagnetic radiation fields of the rectangular loop antenna excited by the traveling current wave in the spherical and Cartesian coordinate system unrestricted on the radiator sizes and the distance to the point of observation. It is shown that in the near-field zone of radiation the vectors of electric and magnetic fields have in the spherical and Cartesian coordinates  all 6 components. The wave processes near the radiator under consideration differ by heavy amplitude gradients of electromagnetic fields.

KEY WORDS:electromagnetic waves, radiation, near-field zone, traveling-wave antenna, loop
