Electromagnetic Wave Diffraction by a Periodic Structure over a Screened Anisotropic Medium

Abstract
An electrodynamical approach is suggested for the problem of arbitrarily incident wave diffraction by a system of periodic strips near a screened anisotropic (plasma-like) medium. The medium possesses full anisotropy. The six components of the system reflection field have been analytically obtained.
