Abstract
The possibility to use the phase-shift keying of a harmonic signal from the program controlled synthesizer for simulation of a pseudo-random process with the specified form of the spectrum similar to the spectrum of the incoherent scattered signal is considered.

KEY WORDS: incoherent scattering, transceiver antenna, ionosphere parameters, autocorrelation function
