Experimental Investigation into the Azimuthal Dependence of Oil Film Centimeter- and Millimeter-Radio Wave Backscattering

Abstract
The present paper describes the experimental study on millimeter- and centimeter-wave backscattering by an oil film. The resultant data can be used for remote sensing of oil slicks on sea surface.
