Development of Behavior Blocking System

The basic concepts of behavior blocking technology, its distinction from standard antivirus methods and intrusion detection systems are considered. The proposed model of the behavior blocking system (BBS) is described. To execute this particular model a standard version for "Windows" protection is extended to a discretion control model with an isolated access. Based upon the above model and by adding higher-level models a special-purpose system is being designed, which is capable to turn the various types of well-known and hitherto unknown harmful applications, of blocking their effects and destroying them.

Evaluation Technique for Special-Purpose Communication Network Immunity against Mutual Interference

Method is presented for the evaluation of communication system element protection against mutual interferences. The method is based on the determined variant-by-variant simulation of system components and of interference conditions in which the components are. The adequacy of the methods is achieved by the concreteness and comprehensiveness of the estimations which are made by the index of the communication network operation efficiency under the influence of mutual interferences.

Semi-Natural Modeling in Mapping of the Earth Surface

Basic stages of mathematical and physical simulation of a secondary radiation radio signal reflected from earth covers of different kinds are considered. It is necessary to implement the semi-natural simulation of the radar operating in the earth surface mapping mode.

Application of Turbocodes with M- Position Alphabet in Low Power Communication Systems

The algorithm of decoding and the basic aspects of practical realization of M-position turbocodes are described. The results of modeling the operation of codices of 2-position and 4-position turbocodes in the Gaussian channel are demonstrated. There is also determined the required number of arithmetic operations and RAM capacity for practical realization of the most perspective of M-position turbocodes. Besides, the comparison of main of the known anti-interference codes and turbocodes in the coordinates of "energy gain-to-delay" is performed.

On the Choice of the Size of Customer's Increased Risk Zone during Multistage Test

For the developed method of multistage measuring test (that can be classified as a number of adaptive control forms) the size of customer's increased risk zone under different laws of measurement error distribution is substantiated. The problems concerning the choice of a necessary number of testing cycles providing a required level of its validity are considered.
