of Stochastic Metagrammars for Modeling the States of Digital
Channels of Communication During Retrieval of Documentary Messages
The analysis of main particularities in application of stochastical metagrammars for modeling the states of digital channels of communication during retrieval of documentary messages is carried out. The metagrammars with the extended set of rules of matching which specify the allowed sequences for altering the states of the modeled channels of data transmission networks are presented. The particularities of the probabilistic measures job upon the multitude of the rules of substitution and matching within these grammar systems are considered.

The central moments of reduced distributions are researched. Important properties of the moments are discovered. These properties allow one to solve a fundamental problem of mathematical statistics - restoration of parent population distribution law by restricted set of observations - in a new way. The method is considerably simple and more reliable than known approaches.

Voice User Authentication in IP-Telephony Networks
Various problems are considered of the voice users authentication in IP-telephony networks. Estimation is made of the influence of various factors on the recognizability of a speaker, and the decisive role of vocal codecs is shown. In such circumstances, an analysis of the pecularities of the vocal signal conversion in IP networks, the evaluation of the degree of the influence of the pecularities on the characteristics of the speaker's individuality, and the determination of the ways of the adaptation of the methods and algorithms to the vocal-signal class being considered are necessary for a speaker identification.

Echo Channel upon Echo Canceller Behavior in the Duplex Operation
The behavior of an echo canceller based on the normalized method of least squares and Gagel's algorithm in the duplex operation is investigated. Deviation of the adaptive filter coefficients from their optimal values depending on pulse response of an echo channel is shown. A new robust algorithm which improves echo canceller operation in the duplex mode is offered.

New Type of Computational Devices: The Embedded Controlling Built-In Micro Web-Servers
The paper deals with controlling devices of small sizes connected up to computer network, combining control functions of some object and information Web-server functions of Internet. Embedded micro Web-server consists of hardware and software parts as any device containing a micro controller. The following server software components are described as real-time operating system and TCP/IP-stack of micro Web-server protocols. Hardware and above-mentioned software components are classified and reviewed in the paper.
