Algorithm of Adaptation of Radio Wave Propagation Model to Measurement Results for a Limited Number of Points
A method of adaptation of radio wave propagation model by finite sampling of experimental measurements of electromagnetic field intensity is considered. The method matter is in the consecutive finding of corrections by communication line parameters and spatial correction of field intensity.

Admittance and Energy Relations of Quasi-Nondissipative Reciprocal Power Combiner/Dividers
Based upon the conditions of unitarity, matching, reciprocity and isolation between channels a problem has been formulated and solved to determine optimal admittance relations at all inputs of combiners/dividers in terms of an arbitrarily prescribed number of frequency channels in which the losses of reflection from the inputs to be matched and those of the parasite power transmission between the inputs to be isolated are minimized.

Parametric Optimization of Multilevel Hierarchical Systems of Mail Communication
The specific problems of optimization were formulated, the criteria for efficiency of the system of mail communication (SMC) and its elements along with restrictions allowing to provide for coordination of the system were formulated. The modifications of the operation efficiency indices and the restrictions of SMC were demonstrated. The procedures of coordination during parametric optimization and control of multilevel SMC were considered. The global and the local problems of parametric optimization in multilevel hierarchical SMC were described.
