LCR with avalanche transistor switch.

The developed LCR produces radiation of carrier-free pulse signals with a magnetic field strength H = 4.2 mA/m at a distance of 5 m for a current amplitude in the radiating plate of 0.7 A and a rise time of 1 ns.
