Research on:

• physics of generation and transformation by the organic solution aimed at the frequency design of high-efficient coherent radiation sources with a continuous frequency tuning in a wide band,

• study of power, spectral, angular and polarization characteristics of radiation of the dye lasers with optical pumping,

• physical models of the effects in the dye lasers including spectra of luminescence and generation for various types of dyes; new efficient and photoresistant active media for lasers with non-monochromatic pumping,

• development of pulse and pulse-periodic lasers having total power of 10 to 40 J, average radiation power 1 to 6 W, and overall efficiency over 1%, in the whole optical range
