Head - Boris Yefimov, doctor of science, senior research of IRE NASU. His field of activity are physical electronics and electron optics. He is khown for his investigations and creation of resonance BWO in mm and submm ranges intended for plasma diagnostics and spectroscopy. The noise generators with high spectral power density in mm range based on dynamic chaos for radio counter-measures and radio masking have been created first in USSR by B. Efimov. Now he investigates and develops low-voltage cyclotron-resonance masers and hybrid free-electron masers. He defended Ph.D. thesis in 1970 and doctoral thesis in 1988 . He has more than 150 scientific publications and 25 inventor's certificates. In the project he will conduct general and scientific-technical managing of the works on investigation and creation of submm and X-ray radiation source, activity coordination, he will make and develop experimental research.
